Techniques – We harvested this field blended wine September 30, 2022. The grapes were gently pressed and the juice pumped directly to tank for settling and a cool fermentation. Native yeasts and low sulfur additions.

The 2022 Ramblin’ Rosé is a field blend of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot planted at our Sconni Block Estate Vineyard. This is rosé as it was meant to be – crisp, clean, fruit forward and utterly delicious!
