- COC & STS 6-BOTTLE MEMBERS, your Spring Release allocation includes one bottle of each of the four new releases listed below, plus one bottle each of the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon and 2021 Stained Tooth Syrah.
- STS 3-BOTTLE MEMBERS, your allocation includes the 2022 Squirrel Tooth Alice, 2021 Cabernet Franc, & 2021 Rachis Syrah.
- If you wish to CUSTOMIZE YOUR ALLOCATION, you have until Sunday, April 7th. Simply, book a reservation to taste with us in Walla Walla, Woodinville or Edmonds, or login to your account and customize your allocation online. We highly encourage you to take advantage of this option early as several of our new releases are extremely small lots, and we expect them to sell out during release.

New Spring Release Wines
2022 Squirrel Tooth Alice – Stone Tree Vineyard, Wahluke Slope
75% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre
This kick ass Grenache focused blend hails from Stone Tree Vineyard and stirs things up a little, probably not unlike the woman it is named. Soft entry and ripe fruit with acid and tannin to please everyone. Who is the infamous Squirrel Tooth Alice? Legend has it that this party girl of the early West made being a cowboy truly “legendary”. We felt it was necessary to pay tribute to one of the ladies that kept the lonesome cowhands springing out on the ranch.
2021 Cabernet Franc – Southwind Vineyard Estate, Walla Walla Valley
97% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot, 1% Cabernet Sauvignon
Southwind Vineyard Estate lies on the Oregon side of the Walla Walla Valley, perched high on a ridge of ancient lava flows overlooking the beautiful Walla Walla Valley. The diversity in elevation and soil profiles make it an extremely special place to grow grapes. Varietal typicity is spot on from the floral aromatics to the dark fruits, slate, and mineral. This generous vino is fabulously food friendly and fantastically franc-o-licious!
2021 Rachis Syrah – Breezy Slope Vineyard, Walla Walla Valley
100% Syrah
Our Rachis Syrah is the fraternal twin to our Tall Tales Syrah. Both have their feet in the basalt, but never can two brothers be so different. The bigger, bolder, more fruit forward flavors of this wine show the breadth of character that Syrah can have. The terroir of the high elevation wind ravaged Syrah vines in the deep soils of the silt loam is evident in the abundance of fine grain tannin and bright acidity.
2021 BFM – Sconni Block Vineyard Estate
66% Merlot, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petit Verdot
We love Washington State Merlot, and think it’s one of the greatest places in the world to grow and make it. Planted in 2000 and named in honor of our Wisconsin roots, this 7-acre Estate vineyard is situated at an elevation of 900 feet on the Washington side of the Walla Walla Valley. Sconni Block boasts expansive views of the Blue Mountains and is home to our winery production facility.
