Old Vine
Chardonnay Yakima Valley 2007 (189 cases)
It's back and it's Bodacious.
This Old Vine is whole cluster pressed from the oldest Wente clone
vines in Washington state planted in 1972. The vines self
regulate themselves to less than three tons per acre maximizing the
concentration. We barrel ferment this wine in neutral oak and
age it sur lee for 5 months, stirring it weekly.
Viognier
Yakima Valley 2007 (271 cases)
Another beautiful
vintage of Vee'-own-yay! Exotic, crisp, clean and refreshing
-- balanced from start to finish. The "Vio," as we call it
around here, comes from a single high elevation vineyard in the
Yakima Valley. This area is well known for it's beautiful
Washington whites.
Cabernet
Sauvignon Columbia Valley 2006 (896 cases)
Oh Nelly! This
one's rich and generous to the point of giving it all away!
What? It is primo good! Extraordinary! Ripe, rich
and dark with balanced structure and acidity. Things that make
you say, "Hmmm!"
Malbec
Walla Walla Valley 2006 (93 cases) *STS

This wine may make the
average STS member feel like and Argentinian gaucho! A fruity,
dusty, earthy, spicy, mouth-full of pleasure! A BIGGIN for
sure.
Cabernet
Franc Columbia Valley (122 cases) *STS

Frankly, it's perfectly
Franc-o-luscious. If you like Franc, (what's not to like)
you'll know this is a special one. So go ahead fellow Stained
Toother and do what you do best. Drink!

This Syrah is made for
the Rock Stars and NASCAR fans. What the H#!!?
O.K. It's a head bangers ball with a mosh-pit in your mouth
that races back and forth across the palate like a 800 H.P.
machine. Go 'head and get you some, darnit!

Syrah Walla Walla Valley (144 cases) *STS
Only
This is our 1st Walla Reserve Syrah. Chad screamed, "This
is the SH8!" Can you imagine our blending trials here at
Dusted Valley? With the biggest dose of humble-pie we can
muster; this may be our best wine EVER! We've only been around
since 2003. We know. We know. But, have we ever steered
our STS'ers wrong?
