call it old school. Say goodbye to over oaked Chard
and say hello
to the true varietal character of beautiful Washington State
Chardonnay. We have combined
the best of both worlds. Smasne Familiy Vineyard, a high
elevation Yakima Valley site, provides the mouth watering apples,
pears and citrus. The warmer Birch Creek Vineyard in Walla
Walla provides the soft luscious tropical
fruits.
Barrel fermented in neutral oak and aged
sur lee and stirred weekly for 5 months to provide full round
mouthfeel.

Stainer lives on. Don't foret to brush! 85% Syrah, 5%
Viognier co-fermented, 5% Mouvedre, 5% Grenache Noir. This
wine is a true example of where Old World complexity marries with
New World fruit forward style. It's screaming, "Smell me,
drink me, and talk about me some more. Just give me a chance
to savor the flavor of that lamb on your plate!"

to Wallyworld!" This is Walla Walla Valley Syrah. The
Walla Walla Syrah is earthy, gamey without the big rustic
tannins. It is a absolute favorite of ours. The rustic
nose of the outdoors meets the sexy elegance of the tango
